This is a comprehensive discussion of health history, general complaints, pain and/or injury assessment, and overall goals that is then followed by hands on treatment for the conditions indicated by the new patient.
At the end of treatment after care is discussed, along with recommendations for between sessions. You will then receive a followup email containg this information, and other recommendations for the complaints discussed, including possible referral to other medical providers.
